This weather lately has been so bipolar! Sunday I was taking pictures in the beautiful 70 degree sunshine, and yesterday it was pouring rain and sleet. I mean what!? The sky can't make up it's mind! Thankfully, the dreary weather made it the perfect setting to get some delicious brunch at Tupelo Honey (open-faced gluten free veggie melt, of course) and sip on a Starbucks skinny peppermint mocha.

My sweet man sent me an e-gift the other day, just to cheer me up and show me some love, so I picked up a sweet treat and jammed to John Mayer and Sara B, on him. It was a lovely afternoon!

Here's what I wore! Photos taken in my room to escape the down-pour. Leading accessory, my sweet pup Rocky...
Tiger Muscle Tee, Urban Outfitters. Denim (DIY Distressed), Abercrombie. Loafers, DSW. Chanel Style Coat, Ann Taylor. Eye Make-up, Revlon.

While I was rocking my thrifted tribal print sweater, my twin sister (and photographer) was also looking stylish! One thing I love about autumn is wearing neutrals. Any combination of muted colors looks fabulous juxtaposed against fall leaves and overcast weather. This simple look combines sandy browns and mossy greens to create an earth-toned ensemble that looks casual, yet on trend!

Although my sister and I look very much alike in many ways, one thing I've always admired about her is her extra fair complexion and amazingly blue eyes. They seem to pop no matter what she's wearing! She also has a beautiful smile that I envy so much! I love her to the moon and I love taking street style shots with her. Here's how she wore her latest fall look...

As most of you probably know (or realize from my outfit choices) I used to work at Urban Outfitters! This store is one of my all time favorites. It has some grunge looks, some hippie vibes and plenty of options you can manipulate if your personal style is more classic and traditional. My closet is about one-half UO due to the 40% off discount that I got while I worked there. I'm a little obsessed. It made shopping so much more enjoyable, and extremely addictive, knowing what a great deal I was getting!

One of my top choices for autumn is pairing a collared shirt underneath a crew-neck sweatshirt or sweater. You can take a preppy button down, throw an edgy crew-neck over it, and make it your own unique outfit. Easy, right? I love to layer. While I was on vacation it was the ideal time to try out this fun trend and enjoy the cooler weather.
